Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute outreach strategies to initiate contact with potential clients.
• Perform product demonstrations and presentations to highlight Proofile’s features and advantages.
• Clearly convey the value proposition and customize pitches to cater to the unique requirements of each HR department.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with prospective clients.
• Monitor and manage leads, inquiries, and responses through a CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to arrange and participate in meetings with potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Business, Sales, etc.) or a recent graduate.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, with a keen interest in sales and a thirst for knowledge.
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
• Willingness to adapt and embrace constructive feedback.
